FCG analyzes survey results by Employee Satisfaction Indexes (ESI's) and Employee Dissatisfaction Indexes (EDI's) to highlight which aspects of your company your employees are satisfied with and which aspects need improvement.
Employee survey data is broken out by 1) total company, 2) branch location,
3) company division, 4) employee type, and is benchmarked to the median ESI ratings of 21 other distributors.
Because FCG is a third-party research firm that guarantees complete anonymity, employees respond candidly and frankly on the surveys. Additionally, FCG's Employee Satisfaction Surveys have averaged an 89% response rate over the last 26 years.
